Job Purpose  

As a Social Media Executive, you will manage Gurukul CA Institute’s online presence, engage with our audience, and foster a vibrant community. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and communicating our vision and values to the world.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to effectively communicate with our target audience.
  • Channel Management: Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to optimize content and strategy.
  • Advertising: Utilize various social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to strategically boost posts, run targeted campaigns, and optimize ad spend.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align social media efforts with all marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year experience in social media management, with prior experience in handling social media pages of any organization.
  • Skills:
    • Proven experience in social media management
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Working Hours

  • Salary: Negotiable

Working Hours: Gurukul CA Institute operates during standard office hours, Sunday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to meet deadlines.
